Nordea's SurveyPortal is created for Nordea by Feldborg Software. The purpose is to provide a tool for conducting internal surveys within Nordea.

If you want to conduct a survey that approaches employees outside of your own unit you must contact Niels Møller Jensen, GIC, moller.jensen@nordea.com, for an approval beforehand. This is to avoid that the same employees are invited too frequently or to more surveys at the same time.

GIC has a general contract with Feldborg Software covering on-and-off users that now and then need to conduct a survey and SurveyPortal is free of charge for such surveys.

Units that want to use SurveyPortal in a more systematical way, for instance by conducting ongoing surveys or assigning more users, will be charged a license fee depending on the scope of the use. Please contact Feldborg Software, leo@feldborg.dk, for further information.

SurveyPortal is also suitable for surveys approaching customers and other target groups outside of Nordea but external surveys must always be cleared by Kaija Niku, Customer Insight at Nordea, kaija.niku@nordea.fi, or the local CI-head beforehand.

If SurveyPortal is used for external surveys there will be a fee depending on the size of the survey. Please contact Feldborg Software, leo@feldborg.dk, for further information.

With SurveyPortal you can manage all tasks that are involved in a survey and it is tailored to Nordea’s standards, eg the layout and logo.

You can send email-invitations to a survey using your Nordea mail-address as sender without being stopped by Nordea’s spam filter. This is important in order to ensure a high response rate.

If you send email invitations from SurveyPortal, you will receive returned emails, thereby being notified about respondents that never received the email.

If you are new to questionnaire surveys or if you are facing difficulties with your survey, you are welcome to contact Feldborg Software for support. This support is free charge.

When you create questionnaires and collect answers, you can:

• create questionnaires with one or more questions per page
  
  
• define logic for the questionnaire (e.g. if you answered "yes" or "no" to a previous question you are directed on to the next appropriate question)
  
  
• define validation rules (for example a four digit number or a valid email address)
  
  
• send emails with a link to the questionnaire and send reminders
  
  
• schedule emails to be sent at a certain day and time
  
  
• monitor the response rate day-by-day and see status for each mail address

You can produce basic tables and graphs at any time with the built-in analysis functions and with the DeskTopIntegrater program that you can download for free, you can:

• employ the user-friendly report generator to produce reports with tables and graphs
  
  
• code open-ended answers into groups
  
  
• create filters for selecting a group of respondents, which require separate analysis
  
  
• move or copy answers for selected respondents
  
  
• export answers for selected questions
  
  
• calculate confidence intervals and weighted score for the answers
  
  
• merge answers in order to analyze answers in fewer categories
  
  
• add missing answers in order to obtain correct percentages in tables
  
  
• import background data or data from previous surveys
  
  
• exchange data with other programs such as MS Excel, SPSS and SAS

When you distribute the results you can:

• distribute reports as Word-, Excel, or PowerPoint documents
